SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING
Please allow 5-10 business days for processing and shipping within the US, and 10-18 business days for outside of the US. I primarily use USPS or UPS and will provide tracking information. Whimsy & Brilliance is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. Items are carefully packaged and insured for the total order amount. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please file a claim with the applicable carrier and then notify me by email at whimsyandbrilliance@gmail.com.


DISCLAIMER 

Color differences can happen due to the individual adjustment of monitors which can differ in brightness, resolution, contrast, and color, or resulting from different graphic boards.

Very minor imperfections may occur in paint, design, clay, and/or finish as all items are hand crafted in home and not mass produced.

 

RETURNS

At Whimsy & Brilliance, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return your product within 15 days from the date of receipt. Items must be in original condition. To initiate a return, please contact me with your order number and the reason for the return. I will provide you with instructions on how to proceed and issue a refund as soon as I receive the product and confirm it's condition. Earrings will undergo thorough cleaning and disinfecting before being resold. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
